In the surrounding countryside, there’s an incredible wealth of castles and stately residences, some of the most incredible architecture you’ll see anywhere in England. The eclectic and charming mix of heritage against a modern city atmosphere makes Lincoln an accessible and inviting alternative UK city break destination with an array of shopping and sightseeing options.
