We welcome all our customers, whether old friends or new and assure you that great care is taken to try and
ensure that your holiday with us is an entirely trouble-free and thoroughly enjoyable experience; from the very first planning stages through to the final execution of our tours, meticulous attention to detail is paid. We constantly review the standards of hotels we use, and take any necessary action. Unfortunately, due to the increase in the rate of VAT and the cost of fuel, prices have gone up accordingly, this we very much regret but have no other option.
Again for 2013, we have included your favourite destinations as well as some new ones and, as usual our tours are operated mainly with our own executive coaches, all have air-conditioning and are equipped with toilets, reclining seats, tinted windows and air suspension. For your comfort, all coaches are non-smoking.
Regrettably we have no wheelchair accessible vehicles, although our coaches do have lowering devices to ease access. We are happy to carry a manual wheelchair but due to limitations on space the number is limited and we would, therefore, suggest that any request is made at the time of booking.
We have a fabulous range of holidays and short breaks on offer, staying at hotels of proven quality which are all checked by a member of our staff. Our recipe for a great holiday is very simple: a clean and comfortable coach, a well-informed driver with a professional attitude, a welcoming hotel with a good menu, interesting excursions and friendly travelling companions. Our holiday programmes are created with all these ingredients in mind.

Please also be aware that it is now a legal requirement that all passengers wear seat belts.
Due to new Driver’s Hours Regulations, itineraries may be changed to suit driver’s rest periods, especially on tours with two free days which may end up being two consecutive days. However, the content of the excursions will remain the same.

How To Book
Once you have selected a particular holiday, you will find booking form here. Please complete and send to us with your deposit and insurance (if required), or full payment if the holiday date is less than four weeks away.
We accept all credit and debit cards. We will send you a confirmation invoice showing receipt of payment and the date when your final payment is due (please note – we do not send reminders). Payment will be receipted when your Travel Tickets are sent, normally ten days before departure. If you require a receipt before this time, please send a stamped addressed envelope with your final payment.
If you have any special requirements or queries or if you wish to check availability of any tour, please call us and we will be delighted to assist you in any way we can.
Continental Tours
All ferry crossings are with P & O Ferries from Hull to Zeebrugge or Rotterdam in En-suite cabins, dinner and breakfast are included and your tour will be operated with air-conditioned coaches. Please note that a full ten year passport will be required. It is strongly advised that passengers carry a European Health Insurance Card, obtainable from main Post Offices, by visiting their website, www.ehic.org.uk or phone 0845 605 0707. Name, Date of birth and National Insurance Number will be required.
No passport is required in Ireland but we recommend that you carry some form of identification.
Currency for Continental and Irish tours is Euros, Swiss Francs for Switzerland.
